Admire has 20 years experience experience as a teacher ,10 of which as a guidance and counselling facilitator at three different secondary schools in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He is a holder of a Bachelor in Social Work (University of South Africa),Diploma in Education (University of Zimbabwe) and a Diploma in Personnel Management (Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe).After completing the Career and College Counseling program by Education USA (Zimbabwe) and Education Matters , Admire was in April 2022 tasked to lead the formation of the Career Advisers Association of Zimbabwe so as to promote career guidance and continuous professional development in that area. An alumni of the International Visitors Leadership Programme (August 2022) , Admire has also participated in international career and college counselling conferences like the IC3 2024 annual conference. IN a quest to continuously develop his competencies Admire has certificates in Introduction to Career Leadership (Career Enterprise Company),Counsellors Accreditation Programme (Times Higher Education) and UK Agent and counselor training (British Council).To contribute to career guidance Admire has penned 5 articles for Revival Magazine covering topics such as Scholarships, Choosing the Right College, Job Interviews. From November 2024 to October 2025 Admire leads the project of networking between CAAZ and local universities and colleges.
